Precautions
When the operating conditions of the hose and the joint are different, please use them under the condition that the same item standards are met simultaneously.
When using at high temperatures within the operating temperature range, the nut should be tightened regularly. If the nut cannot be further tightened,
the tip of the hose needs to be cut off, and after replacing the new sleeve, insert the hose again. When the fluid used is water, please do not allow it to freeze.
Do not sharply bend the hose near the insertion port. Keep the hose straight, and the length from the insertion port is twice the diameter of the hose.
Brass sleeves cannot be used with fluorocarbon resin TP pipes. Please choose to use nylon sleeves.
Please choose to use a joint that matches the inner and outer diameter and size of the applicable hose.
Applicable hose
(1) If used in a production line with sparks, please choose a brass sleeve.
(2) In a clean environment, the combination of general joints and PL, PN, TA, and TP clean hoses will reduce cleanliness.
(3) Brass sleeves cannot be used with fluorocarbon resin TP pipes. Please choose nylon sleeves.
